To change your four-digit PIN number after you have activated your card, call the phone number on the back of your card during live support hours and:
For United States Cardholders:
1. Start by choosing your preferred language (1 for English, 2 for Spanish).
2. To quickly get to a live customer service representative, press 4 (you can select this option even though you already have your card).
3. Finally, press 0 to speak with a live representative. You'll be connected with the first available representative, who will be able to help you from there.
In order to change your pin number, they will first ask for your full physical card number and the last four digits of your SSN for security verification.
The hours for live support are:
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 6pm CST
Friday: 7am - 8pm CST
Saturday - Sunday: 10am - 6pm CST
For Europe-based Cardholders:
Please call the number on the back of your card and follow the prompts to speak with a customer service representative about setting your pin number.
