Your Visa debit card is a signature and PIN-accessed card. The card account cannot be overdrawn or abused. Without the PIN, the card cannot be used for ATM or debit transactions. If the PIN is stolen along with the card, the cardholder’s liability is limited to $50.00 if the loss is reported promptly, per Reg. E. Once we are notified of a lost or stolen card, and the cardholder correctly identifies himself, the card account is immediately frozen.
