First, contact Support to see if the transaction shows as an error on your account. If the transaction shows pending on your account, but the merchant says that the transaction was declined and is unwilling to issue a merchant credit/refund, you may file a dispute. Once we help you fill out the initial paperwork and file the dispute, it can take 60-90 days to finalize. Please contact Support for more information on filing a dispute.
I attempted to make a purchase and was denied but I have been charged for the purchase or I simply did not authorize a transaction that is on my card account. What do I do? Print
