My BlockCard™ card is denied at merchants and ATMs but I know I have funds on my card, what do I do?

Please check to ensure that you have enough funds on your card to cover the $100 minimum balance in addition to the purchase price; and ensure that you are using the correct PIN if you are having trouble with debit transactions. If you are still having trouble, please call BlockCard™ Customer Support for assistance.
